Welcome to Part 2 of our Annual Planning Series on Spa Marketing Made Easy!

This part of the planning process is key because while it’s fun to do all the big, lofty, and audacious goal-setting and visioning for the whole year, it's also important to have your overarching yearly goals acting as your North Star…

If you don’t take the time to break those big goals down, you’re going to be left spinning your wheels rather than actually moving forward and covering significant ground in reaching your goals. 

Think of your quarterly goals as the crucial stepping stones to crossing the side of the wide river that is the year ahead.
