What do I get inside Growth Factor Framework?
In addition to the core Growth Factor Framework Phase trainings (Sales, Social, Systems, Structure, and Scale), you’ll also gain access to daily calls + a Facebook community exclusive to those in the Growth Factor Framework program. What if I can't show up live for all of the calls? Will there be replays?
All of our training calls and group/Hot Seat coaching calls will be recorded so that you can refer to them at a time that works best for you. In addition to the core Growth Factor Framework phase training calls and coaching sessions, we also have a weekly schedule of office hours, accountability and facilitated mastermind sessions so there are plenty of opportunities to get real-time support when you need it. Our goal isn’t to give you endless hours of content to consume, but the most fine-tuned, highly-relevant content you need to take action and move the needle because we know that if you commit to showing up and doing the work, you will double your investment within six months (that’s our guarantee).
What is the timeline for getting through the Growth Factor Framework Program?
The Growth Factor Framework requires a minimum 6-month commitment as this is the duration of teaching and implementing all the core phases in the Framework. After 6 months in the program, you will move into our Growth Factor Alumni group which is a month-to-month membership. In the Alumni group there is an additional weekly laser coaching session with Daniela, and guest experts where applicable, focused primarily on higher level and scale-related topics.
What if I'm brand new to business or haven't started my business yet?
The Growth Factor Framework is not geared toward aestheticians or spa owners just starting out - we do require your business be generating $150K/year. With that said - don't stop dreaming big. As this program has been designed for those with already established businesses looking to scale, we'd love for you to reach out when you've hit the 150K mark (or are very close) to reaching the Build stage on the Aesthetician Success Path! We are rooting for you!
What if I don't have a team yet and I'm a solo aesthetician?
As long as you’re an aesthetician and spa owner who plans to bring on a team, the Growth Factor Framework will work for you. It’s important to note that a team does not necessarily mean service providers like aestheticians or massage therapists. Even if you are a solo who intends to stay solo, but plans to go the e-commerce route, you will need a team for support in order to scale.
Do you offer any guarantee?
We believe in our classes and process so much that Addo Aesthetics offers a money-back guarantee. If you do not generate $9,994, collectively, in business from the sales funnel, membership, or event you created OR by implementing the advice in the program as well as the recommendations provided to you by the Growth Factor Framework Team, Addo Aesthetics will offer you a full refund of your payments if you satisfy the detailed criteria outlined in the GFF contract.
What if I have a question regarding the course content?
If you have a question regarding the course content inside the member's area you are welcome to post your questions and comments directly under the training video you are viewing. Once you have submitted your question or comment our team is notified and will get back to you. Please Note: When posting your question or comment under a video, please select the video that best relates to your question or comment.
You may also post your questions directly in our members-only Facebook Group of your respective program. A link to the respective Facebook group is included under every video.
What if one of the training videos is not working (stops playing, won’t load, etc.)?
First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our videos are hosted using Kajabi, a top of the line video hosting software platform. Every once in a while, a “glitch” will occur. We first suggest refreshing the page to see if the video will now play. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. When contacting them, please include the page URL and the specific video that is not working. They will prioritize the problem and reply to you promptly.
